Job Summary: We are seeking a textile assistant to prepare, cut, and manage fabrics according to production orders, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with quality and safety standards We are looking for personnel to serve as textile assistants in León. The role involves preparing fabrics prior to garment manufacturing: selecting and preparing materials according to production orders, transporting rolls from the warehouse to the machine using forklifts, and correctly loading them. Additionally, one must calculate the exact number of meters required, program the cutting machine by adjusting the number of layers and guides, spread layers evenly, perform precise markings, and cut the material using the designated machinery. Cut pieces are unloaded and prepared for subsequent sewing or temporary storage. Compliance with quality standards, environmental management, and occupational risk prevention is mandatory, and appropriate PPE must be used to ensure a safe working environment. No prior experience is required; training is provided by the company. Possession of a forklift operator license is considered an advantage. Candidates must reside in León and have the ability to travel independently, preferably with their own means of transportation.
