We are seeking a LOGISTICS ASSISTANT Job Requirements - Education: Industrial Engineering or Logistics, Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade (degree completed) - ERP system proficiency; knowledge of vehicle unit maintenance, vehicle fleet management, and freight logistics. - Valid driver’s license Job Responsibilities 1. Assist in coordinating general goods mobility 2. Monitor warehouse shipments 3. Prepare the Carta Porte Complement (CCP) or the CFDI for transfer, as applicable per shipment type regulations 4. Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery processes 5. Coordinate warranty and return processes 6. Monitor vehicle fleet maintenance compliance; ensure validity of auto insurance policies and related vehicle documentation 7. Freight quotation.
