Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Coordinator for a hospital, responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and inspecting private security services and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership in asset and executive security 2. Management of security personnel and access control 3. Coordination of security and civil protection services WE ARE SEEKING A SERVICE COORDINATOR FOR A HOSPITAL IN THE FIELD OF ASSET SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: \-Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field. \-Experience in asset security. \-Experience in executive security. \-Management of 80 security personnel. \-4 years of experience. \-Service-oriented attitude. \-Availability. \-Management of roles and work schedules. \-Access control. \-Proficiency in Office applications (100%). * Planning and scheduling of necessary actions for the implementation and execution of private security services. * Organization, direction, and inspection of private security personnel and services. * Proposal of appropriate security systems, and monitoring of their operation and maintenance; provisional validation is permitted until official inspection and authorization, if applicable, by the relevant Administration. * Oversight of ongoing training for dependent security personnel, and proposal of suitable measures or initiatives to achieve this objective. \-Coordination of various dependent security services, including civil protection activities during emergencies, disasters, or public calamities. \-Ensuring collaboration between security services and corresponding units of the Security Forces and Corps. \-Supervision of compliance with applicable private security regulations. * Rotating schedule, with two days off per week. * Weekly salary of $4,632.00. * Statutory benefits and additional company-provided benefits. * For more information, please send your CV via WhatsApp to **81 2201 9064** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $4,632.00 per week Benefits: * Company vehicle * Transportation assistance or service * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Experience: * Private Security: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
