Promote an organizational culture aligned with company values A healthcare-sector company is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator responsible for managing and strengthening Human Capital processes, driving talent development, and promoting an organizational culture aligned with the company’s values. We Offer: - Salary: $14,000 gross monthly - Statutory and above-statutory benefits - Career development opportunities - Excellent working environment Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions - Knowledge of: Recruitment and selection, labor legislation (IMSS, INFONAVIT), performance evaluation, training and development - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency Key Activities: - Responsibilities - Coordinate recruitment and selection processes - Implement onboarding and integration programs - Manage performance evaluations and improvement plans - Coordinate training and development programs - Supervise payroll incidents and personnel administration - Design workplace climate and internal communication strategies - Ensure compliance with labor regulations - Generate HR reports and metrics (turnover, performance, etc.) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM + 2 Saturdays per month; on-site work with partial flexibility for training or external events.
