Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Description** --------------- **Requirements:** * **Education Level:** Degree in Sustainability Engineering, Sustainability Studies, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2 years * **Residence Location:** Veracruz * **Willingness to Travel:** Yes **Knowledge in:** Minimum two years’ experience managing projects, programs, or accounts, with demonstrable results in successfully developing and implementing initiatives. Familiarity with international standards such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), SASB, IFRS, SBTi, IPIECA, and IWA 48\. Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for project management (e.g., tracking systems, collaborative documents, and dashboards). Experience managing performance indicators and metrics, including ability to define, measure, and report sustainability KPIs, as well as environmental and social data. Ability to monitor and report performance, preparing reports integrating quantitative and qualitative information tailored to diverse audiences. Capability to design and deliver training sessions, and promote awareness on sustainability topics and organizational culture. Knowledge of regulations, policies, and legal frameworks related to volunteering. * **Desirable: Training in gender equity and human rights** **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and implement the institutional sustainability strategy aligned with national and international standards. Lead preparation of the sustainability report in accordance with applicable regulations and reference frameworks. Participate in ESG due diligence processes, as well as in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators. Design and implement institutional communication strategies to highlight project impacts and outcomes. Coordinate and manage the corporate volunteering strategy.
