Vacancy: Embroiderer **Job Objective:** Correctly operate and program the embroidery machine to meet desired quality standards for the finished product. **Main Responsibilities:** * Interpret technical sheets and embroidery orders for embroidery preparation. * Prepare and validate resources required for programming the embroidery machine. * Organize and verify garments to be processed according to the embroidery order and technical sheet. * Supervise the embroidery process on machines. * Report findings encountered during machine embroidery execution. * Perform basic maintenance on embroidery machines and report any technical issues. * Record processed orders and pieces in the Critical Path. * Notify completion of processed orders to assign new orders for execution. * Attend training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements:** Experience as an embroiderer; completed secondary education. **We Offer:** Salary: $13,300 monthly gross (before taxes) * Full statutory benefits. * Savings fund, 6\.5 * Life insurance: $210,000 * SGMM: Upon signing at the plant * Monthly productivity bonus of 25 %. * Growth and development opportunities. * Annual study scholarship covering 90 % of costs. * Free psychological counseling during working hours. * Seniority-based bonus increase. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Salary: Starting from $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
