




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage administrative tasks, communications, and support processes in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Scheduling, communications, and document management for management. 2. Recruitment support and logistical coordination. 3. Professional and proactive communication. • Manage, organize, and update the management’s schedule (appointments, meetings, reminders). • Answer phone calls, emails, and internal/external communications in both Spanish and English. • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Support the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates. • Manage and archive physical and digital documentation in an organized and secure manner. • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, internal events, and visits. • Follow up on pending items and assist with assigned administrative tasks. • Maintain effective, professional, and proactive communication with all team members. -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma – Technical Baccalaureate 1 year of experience Languages: English Age: 25 years or older Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, recepcion, receptionist, recepcionista
