Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to consolidate attendance information, calculate payroll incidents, and generate disbursement files for payment. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently strengthening our team and seeking individuals interested in professional development and growing alongside the organization. We are looking for: PAYROLL ANALYST. Required Competencies • Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting • Minimum 2 years of experience in pre-payroll processing for at least 500 employees. • Intermediate Excel skills • Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (concepts such as absences, seventh-day rest, overtime). • Exceptional organizational skills, logical-mathematical thinking, and stress tolerance (due to payroll closing deadlines). Responsibilities: • Consolidate attendance records and field evidence to calculate payroll incidents (earnings and deductions) in Excel templates, ensuring data is ready and validated for the final payment process. • Key Responsibilities – Incident Calculation: Process attendance, absences, tardiness, vacations, leaves of absence, and overtime in Excel files. • Centralize entries and reports submitted by the ERP monitor and data entry clerk, cross-referencing them against the employee master list. • Generate the final disbursement file (layout) containing net amounts payable. • Ensure photographic evidence from the three control points strictly matches the amounts being paid.
