Focus on security, efficiency, and continuous improvement Bona Dea Medical Tower is looking for your talent Position: Clinical Systems Engineer **Objective:** Ensure operational continuity, security, and efficiency of the technological infrastructure supporting surgical operations, guaranteeing zero critical interruptions and enabling scalability of the Bona Dea model. **Requirements:** Desired age: 30 to 40 years Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related field Minimum verifiable experience: 3 to 5 years Knowledge of networks, servers, and databases Desirable experience in the healthcare sector Familiarity with integrations (APIs, HL7 preferred) **Responsibilities:** Administration of clinical systems (HIS / EHR) Management of networks and critical infrastructure Integration of medical equipment Real-time support in the operating room Implementation of information security measures Process automation and continuous improvement **Competencies:** Systematic thinking Ability to respond under pressure Problem diagnosis and resolution Effective communication with medical staff Practical and operational focus **We Offer:** Competitive salary Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Salary: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
