Pest Control Technician

Description

**Requirements:** * Willingness to learn. * Flexible availability. * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle and possession of a valid driver's license. * Gender-neutral. **Main responsibilities:** * Comply with Good Practices, company regulations, and policies. * Pest Identification: Detect and diagnose pest infestations through detailed inspections, tests, and analysis to determine the nature and extent of the problem. * Implementation of Control Strategies: Develop and apply appropriate pest control plans using physical, biological, chemical, or integrated methods, according to specific needs and the nature of the infestation. * Perform services in accordance with regulatory requirements, master plan, training, and internal company procedures. * Submit weekly service reports. * Inspect and perform basic preventive maintenance on application equipment per the maintenance schedule. * Inspect and report any anomalies to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) team for replacement. * Wash and maintain work equipment—including application equipment and PPE—in good condition after each service. * Complete service reports in the app upon completion of each service. * Schedule and verify supplies required for each service (PPE, products, machinery, gasoline, vehicle inspection, etc.). * Prepare product dosages for applications as specified in the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan. **We offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Personal and professional development Employment type: Full-time Salary: $2,300.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
