




Position Summary: Coordinate and implement organizational development strategies to strengthen culture, performance, and talent, aligning employees with strategic objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Plan, coordinate, and execute organizational development strategies that strengthen the organization’s culture, performance, and talent, ensuring employee alignment with business strategic objectives through effective training processes, performance management, workplace climate initiatives, and organizational change. Education: Professional Degree (Economics/Administration preferred). Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. Knowledge of organizational development techniques, performance evaluation, development plans, organizational climate, delegation of responsibilities, and teamwork. Strong organizational and time management skills; proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); excellent verbal communication skills.
