Experience: \- Over 2 years as HR lead in manufacturing plants, managing operational and administrative staff. \- Development of business policies and strategies. \- Willingness to travel Competencies: * Leadership: management of multidisciplinary teams. * Internal customer (employee) orientation and conflict resolution capability. * Strategic thinking and holistic understanding of the enterprise.
