**We are seeking a PMO (Project Management Office) professional** with solid experience in implementing and managing project offices, as well as executing strategic initiatives within growing organizations.
This position is critical to structuring, standardizing, and monitoring the company’s project portfolio, ensuring proper alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency in key areas such as production, logistics, quality, and expansion.
We seek a candidate with strategic vision, leadership and influencing skills, and a strong results orientation—capable of driving organizational professionalization through methodology implementation, process optimization, and effective project management in the food and beverage sector.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Implement the PMO structure within the organization.
* Define and standardize project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
* Manage the strategic project portfolio (production, logistics, quality, expansion, etc.).
* Monitor schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.
* Identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality, procurement, logistics, sales).
* Generate executive reports for senior management.
* Drive continuous improvement in operational and administrative processes.
* Ensure compliance with food industry regulations (quality, food safety, etc.).
* Facilitate adoption of technological tools for project management.
**Candidate Profile**
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Technologies.
* Master’s degree in Project Management or MBA preferred.
**Experience:**
* 3–5 years in project management or PMO implementation.
* Experience in food industry, manufacturing, or consumer goods companies (preferred).
* Experience in process structuring and organizational improvement.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum).
* Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar.
* KPI management and data analysis.
* Knowledge of food industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000 is a plus).
