Position Summary: We are seeking an Organizational Psychologist to assess leadership, develop diagnostics, and strengthen leaders. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate on a strategic leadership project 2. Develop individual and comprehensive diagnostics At Arizlu, we seek to integrate an Organizational Psychologist with experience in leadership assessment to collaborate on a strategic project focused on analyzing and strengthening our leaders. The selected candidate will work under a **fee-based engagement model** and will aim to develop a comprehensive diagnostic that will serve as the foundation for building the organization’s leadership training and development model. **Engagement Model** * Temporary fee-based project * Hybrid / in-person modality as required by project needs * Estimated duration: 6 to 8 weeks * Availability for interviews and sessions with leaders **Project Objective** Design and implement an organizational assessment process focused on the company’s leaders, generating strategic diagnostics related to: * Leadership style * Organizational competencies * Personality traits The information obtained will serve as the basis for decision-making in leadership training, development, and strengthening processes within Arizlu. **Main Responsibilities** * Design the assessment and diagnostic methodology. * Conduct interviews, administer psychometric tools, and/or organizational assessments. * Analyze leadership profiles and organizational behavior. * Assess organizational and behavioral competencies. * Develop individual and comprehensive diagnostics. * Present executive findings and recommendations. * Generate actionable insights to support the development of the leadership development model. **Expected Deliverables** The selected candidate must deliver: **1\.
