Job stability and professional development A dairy distributor is seeking an OD Coordinator with the following profile: Position Objective: Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development strategies, performance evaluations, compliance with NOM-035, and career plans Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development - Performance evaluation - Implementation of NOM-035 (NOM-035 certification preferred) - Career and succession planning - Handling of metrics and data analysis - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Strategic thinking - Change management - Results-oriented approach We Offer: Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Weekly gross salary Professional development and job stability Interested candidates please send CV to rhtalentohumano@dismar.mx Contact: Karina Galván Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per week Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
