Opportunity for professional growth and close interaction with senior management As a leading private security company, we seek a candidate to assume leadership of the Human Resources department and ensure stability, productivity, and talent development within our operations. **Job Objective** * Be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the right personnel to ensure stable, productive operations aligned with the company’s service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and customer service personnel * Execute onboarding, training, and integration processes for new hires * Monitor incidents, administrative records, terminations, and disciplinary matters * Supervise workplace climate and foster a positive organizational culture * Identify areas for improvement in personnel performance and productivity * Track evaluations and team stability * Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures * Generate personnel reports and metrics for senior management We seek a candidate with: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources / Generalist / HR Coordinator roles * Solid experience in operational and administrative recruitment * Knowledge of personnel administration, incident management, and disciplinary follow-up * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills * Focus on team stability, retention, and productivity What We Offer * Competitive salary: MXN $15,000–$18,000 monthly, based on experience * Job stability * Opportunity for professional growth * Close interaction with senior management and participation in decision-making * Join a young, dynamic, and continuously growing company If you are interested in joining an innovative company and directly contributing to the growth of its human capital, apply with us.
