Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed) ? Minimum of **3 years’ experience in Organizational Development** ? **IMPORTANT: Availability to travel to branches in the State of Mexico when onboarding new employees** (travel expenses reimbursed) ? Experience in **workplace climate and performance evaluation, succession planning** Proficiency in 9\-box ? Intermediate **Excel** proficiency ?
