Develop career plans and internal growth At GRUPO REINA MADRE, a private healthcare company specializing in comprehensive care with a focus on human quality, we are seeking your talent as **ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR** For the Training Department **Position Objective:** Coordinate and implement organizational development strategies that strengthen culture, talent development, and professional growth within the organization. **Work Location:** PATRIOTISMO, Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México **Requirements:** ? Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (completed) ? Minimum of **3 years’ experience in Organizational Development** ? **IMPORTANT: Availability to travel to branches in the State of Mexico when onboarding new employees** (travel expenses reimbursed) ? Experience in **workplace climate and performance evaluation, succession planning** Proficiency in 9\-box ? Intermediate **Excel** proficiency ?
