Excellent work environment and professional development Organizational Development Coordinator We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and talent-oriented Organizational Development Coordinator responsible for strengthening organizational culture and staff development within the company. Key responsibilities: Design and implementation of organizational development programs; workplace climate and organizational culture management; coordination of performance evaluations; identification of training needs (ITN) and follow-up on training plans; development of career and succession plans; implementation of internal communication strategies; support in organizational change management. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational development.
