Contributes to improving operations and reducing turnover **Position Objective** Administer and organize Human Resources processes, ensuring labor compliance, proper personnel management, and an orderly work environment that contributes to improving operations and reducing turnover. **Main Responsibilities** \- Personnel Administration * Create and maintain up-to-date employee files * Draft and safeguard employment contracts * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers * Monitor attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations) * Coordinate and validate payroll processing \- Recruitment and Selection * Post job vacancies and coordinate recruitment processes * Conduct initial interviews * Coordinate selection with management * Manage hiring and onboarding of new employees \- Internal Organization * Develop job descriptions * Support definition of responsibilities by department * Implement basic HR processes \- Workplace Climate * Serve as a communication channel between management and employees * Address and follow up on labor conflicts * Monitor personnel-related incidents \- Labor Compliance * Support internal regulations * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law * Support terminations and final settlements \- Organizational Development * Identify training needs * Support integration of new employees * Monitor employee performance **Candidate Profile** Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field Experience (3–5 years in): * Personnel administration * Recruitment and selection * Incident tracking * Management of operational staff Desirable experience in: * Retail * Family-owned businesses * Small-scale manufacturing Knowledge: * Federal Labor Law * Hiring processes * Incident tracking * Management of employee files * Operational recruitment Skills: * Administrative organization * Effective communication * Conflict resolution * Interaction with operational staff * Follow-up and discipline Position Objectives Formalize and organize Human Resources processes Centralize personnel management Reduce labor legal risks Decrease employee turnover Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
