Accompany and advise on talent management. *CANADIAN SCHOOL QUERÉTARO IS SEEKING* ***Human Resources Manager*** **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (80%). * Experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and personnel administration. * Knowledge of STPS, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations and requirements. * Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent attraction strategies. * Proficiency in HR metrics and performance analysis. * Experience leading organizational change and institutional development projects. * Ability to lead work teams and support area leaders in talent management. * Proficiency with technological tools and administrative platforms. * Willingness to travel. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with the institution’s HR policies, procedures, and strategies. * Guarantee compliance with requirements set by STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other relevant authorities. * Design and implement talent attraction strategies and hiring processes. * Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure vacancy coverage prior to the start of the school year. * Supervise payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor relations processes. * Lead organizational change and continuous improvement projects. * Design and manage staff training and development programs. * Monitor performance evaluations, career development plans, and recognition programs. * Align departmental strategies with institutional objectives. * Analyze and present HR metrics to support business continuity. * Promote organizational culture and strengthen the institution’s employer branding. * Provide guidance and advisory support to directors, coordinators, and area leaders on talent and organizational development topics. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits (including Major Medical Expense Insurance). **Location: School located on Fray Junípero Serra Avenue, across from El Refugio Housing Development, adjacent to La Pradera.** **We invite you to join our team!** Salary: $30,000.00 \- $40,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
