We seek a strategic and operational Human Resources professional, focused on recruitment, capable of leading teams, managing large workforces, and ensuring every team member lives the GALAXY experience from within. **What will be your mission?** To be the engine of talent at GALAXY—by attracting, developing, and retaining the right people to ensure exceptional operations across all our areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent at all levels (operational, administrative, and specialized) * Execute the full recruitment and selection process: job posting, interviews, follow-up, and hiring * Manage onboarding and integration of new staff * Prepare payroll drafts and support commission calculations * Administer and monitor recruitment platforms and sourcing channels * Interpret psychometric assessments to improve decision-making * Generate recruitment, turnover, and performance reports and metrics * Coordinate with department leaders to meet KPIs and conduct performance evaluations * Oversee contracts, renewals, internal policies, and regulatory compliance * Support distribution of materials, uniforms, and documentation to staff * Analyze HR data to optimize talent attraction, retention, and development strategies * Collaborate closely with managers and supervisors to align talent with business objectives **Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in Human Resources, with strong emphasis on recruitment and selection * Experience managing large workforces * Experience in industries such as entertainment, amusement parks, casinos, stadiums, or high-traffic venues * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset * Experience in HR data analysis and metrics * Knowledge of HR administrative processes (contracts, payroll drafts, evaluations, etc.) * Ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels * Personal vehicle (preferred) **Endomarketing Activities (Culture and Internal Employee Experience)** * Design and implement **endomarketing** strategies to strengthen GALAXY’s organizational culture and sense of belonging * Create internal campaigns that drive team motivation, recognition, and engagement * Develop internal activities, activations, and experiences aligned with the GALAXY concept (events, celebrations, product launches, etc.) * Coordinate employee recognition and incentive programs * Manage internal communications creatively and effectively (announcements, achievements, culture, values) * Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency between internal and external branding * Measure the impact of workplace climate and organizational culture initiatives * Propose continuous improvements to the employee experience throughout their entire lifecycle within the company (onboarding, development, and retention) **Key Skills and Knowledge** · Passion for the entertainment, gaming, and technology industries · Analytical thinking and strategic orientation · Ability to execute under pressure and in dynamic environments · Organization, planning, and goal tracking · Customer orientation and service excellence **We Offer**: * Monthly gross salary negotiable based on experience: ($15,000 MXN) * Working hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Monday to Friday * On-site employment * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Option for indefinite-term contract * Scheduled mid-week day off * Performance-based bonus plan (to be defined) **Benefits**: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Uniforms * In-house development program * Meals during shift **At GALAXY, we seek leaders who make things happen.** If you have vision, energy, and passion for creating incredible experiences through operations—this challenge is for you i Salary: Up to $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
