Each day you will face **new and interesting challenges** within your role, for which you will be responsible for: * Implementing institutional policies and guidelines related to labor relations, organizational climate, payroll settlements, and pensions. * Developing action plans derived from analysis of turnover, absenteeism, climate surveys, and talent retention. * Preparing and reviewing salary analyses, pay scales, and structures in coordination with Compensation and Organization. * Monitoring sensitive labor cases jointly with Labor Relations. * Managing internal or external audits and ensuring regulatory compliance in labor and internal control matters. * Supporting business leaders in making sound decisions regarding their human capital. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or related field. * Years of experience: 3 years in Human Resources. * Areas of experience: Personnel administration, labor relations, organizational climate, turnover, salaries and compensation. * Required knowledge: Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll processing, SAP HCM or SuccessFactors. * Languages: None Travel availability: No Relocation availability: No At Banorte, we operate under a principle of equal opportunity.
