Job Summary: We are seeking an External Change Management Consultant with experience in business transformation to implement and redesign administrative or operational processes and standardize organizational processes. Definition and implementation of change management strategies Company dedicated to the conceptualization, design, construction, and installation of transportation systems Seeking a professional as an **External Change Management Consultant** with experience and specialization in business transformation, possessing knowledge to implement and redesign administrative or operational processes to achieve the required outcome successfully and standardize organizational processes. Working Hours: · Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs Responsibilities: * Understanding the current and future state of the administrative or operational process to be implemented. * Formulation of a work plan (weekly, biweekly, monthly) * Defining and implementing change management strategies aligned with and fulfilling the objectives of the work plan * Defining and implementing strategies in case new administrative or operational processes are required. * Definition, implementation, or redesign of corporate manuals, administrative or operational process manuals, and templates. * Internal communication with process owners * Identification of organizational impacts and actions for their mitigation (risk management). * Identification and implementation of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) * Other duties as required by the work plan.
