Collaborate on talent retention strategies Job Description: A retail-focused company with over 150 branches nationwide is currently seeking talent for the position of Regional Human Resources Coordinator (North Zone - CDMX\-Mexico City). We operate nationwide stores under various brands including The North Face, Timberland, New Balance, Adidas, and multi-brand branches. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and supervising various functions within the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, labor relations, personnel administration, compensation, legal compliance, and organizational climate. Required Experience 3 to 5 years in similar roles; retail industry experience is mandatory, with oversight of 15–20 branches (depending on position level and company size), managing approximately 150 employees. Experience across various stages of the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Execute recruitment and selection processes. Coordinate and monitor onboarding and training programs. Administer attendance and incident tracking. Manage payroll, deductions, and commissions (in coordination with accounting or external providers). Promote a positive work environment and address labor conflicts. Maintain up-to-date employee files and legal documentation. Ensure compliance with local labor regulations (e.g., labor laws, occupational health, etc.). Collaborate on talent retention strategies. Coordinate and execute voluntary resignations and contract terminations. Apply administrative disciplinary actions. Handle inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, Federal Labor Law (LFT), NOM-035, and workplace climate. Technical Knowledge Current labor legislation. Knowledge of payroll and compensation processes. Recruitment techniques and interview methods. HR metrics (KPIs): Employee turnover rate, coverage, and coverage effectiveness (days Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
