Coordinate recruitment, selection, and personnel management HR Coordinator Job Description We are looking for a professional to lead the Human Resources department, ensuring proper talent attraction, administration, development, and retention, as well as alignment with organizational culture. The primary objective is to guarantee operational stability, a positive work environment, and sustainable growth through robust processes and continuous follow-up. General Information * Work Mode: On-site, with periodic visits to construction sites. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Occasional Saturday availability required for operational staff support, if needed. * **Salary: $22,000 net monthly.** * Statutory benefits. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational, administrative, and strategic roles. * Conduct interviews, candidate screening, and validation. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel files. * Handle documentation for operational staff, including IMSS-related procedures. * Design and implement 30-, 45-, and 90-day induction programs. * Monitor onboarding progress and reduce early turnover. * Collaborate with team leaders and managers on team development and individual development plans. * Monitor and manage workplace climate. * Design team integration activities. * Support implementation of internal policies and organizational guidelines. * Coordinate personnel incidents and assist in payroll processes. * Prepare HR reports and metrics. * Address operational staff requirements as demanded by operations. Organizational Development Functions * Diagnose organizational needs through interviews and internal feedback. * Implement strengthening initiatives for middle management. * Follow up on improvement plans derived from workplace climate assessments. * Collaborate on standardization of internal processes. * Measure adoption of cultural values and practices. * Support internal communication of changes and strategic initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist roles. * Mandatory experience in specialized recruitment, preferably in the construction or site-based sector. * Experience managing both operational and administrative staff. * Basic knowledge of Organizational Development. * Willingness to visit construction sites.
