Operate in alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS) A reputable company is seeking: HR Coordinator Work Mode: On-site Reports to: Deputy Director Role Purpose: Professionalize HR to support the group's transition and growth, with emphasis on critical recruitment, performance management, results-based compensation, and labor relations. Operate in alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring document control, standardized processes, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and coverage of critical vacancies (commercial, supply, IT, technical). Implementation of salary bands and raise policy (with committee review and supporting evidence). Quarterly performance management system, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and documented disciplinary actions compliant with the Federal Labor Law (FLL). Personnel file management and labor compliance. Organizational Development **(mandatory)** QMS: Document and standardize HR processes (procedures, records, change control), support HR audits and corrective actions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Law, or related field 3+ years of HR experience Work location: Reforma; relocation to Coyoacán within 3 months Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM Salary: $18,000 gross monthly plus statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,888.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
