




Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic leader with experience in SOFOMES to lead and optimize operations, manage finances, and drive transformations. Key Highlights: 1. Change management and institutional representation We are looking for a true CRACK who will assume the following responsibilities in the DEPUTY DIRECTORSHIP: * **Strategic Management:** Translate annual objectives into tactical action plans for each department. * **Process Optimization:** Identify operational bottlenecks and design solutions to improve efficiency and profitability. * **Leadership and Development:** Directly supervise department managers, ensuring teams align with organizational culture and achieve their KPIs. * **Financial Control:** Monitor budget compliance, cost analysis, and cash flow projections. * **Institutional Representation:** Represent the General Directorate before key clients, strategic partners, or authorities as required. * **Change Management:** Lead digital transformation initiatives or organizational restructuring projects. **Professional Profile (Requirements)** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) or specialization in Senior Management is preferred. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in senior leadership positions (Department Director or General Manager) within financial sectors; EXPERIENCE IN SOFOMES IS MANDATORY. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Strong foundation in Corporate Finance and P\&L (Profit and Loss Statement). * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, or similar).
