We are looking for: **Change Management** **Profile**: * 4\-6 years of experience as a Change Management professional on change management projects within complex corporate environments · Experience leading stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and organizational readiness evaluation · Solid knowledge of Change Management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, ACMP, or HCMBOK · Experience applying hybrid change management models in non-agile (or not necessarily agile) environments · Design of organizational communication strategies focused on behavioral adoption · Impact analysis and stakeholder mapping approaches · Design Thinking and Operating Model experience preferred **Tools:** · Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint · Intermediate / Advanced Excel · Mapping tools such as Miro or similar · Internal communication platforms and project management platforms · Knowledge of climate or adoption measurement tools is a plus · Digital collaborative tools **We Offer:** Salary: $50,000 gross monthly, commensurate with years of experience and technical skills. 100% payroll-based employment model Statutory benefits \+ food vouchers \+ savings fund \+ Life Insurance \+ SGMM \+ Optical and Dental Insurance, among others.
