A company operating in CDMX is currently seeking Fiber Optic Installation Technicians to join our operational team. If you have experience in installations and customer service, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Installation of fiber optic cable from pole to residence. Customer service and follow-up. Repair of network damages. Equipment collection. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Completed junior high school. Minimum 6 months of experience installing fiber optic, CCTV, or cable television services. Valid driver's license. Experience driving standard automobiles. Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills. Personal mobile phone required to install work SIM card and download operational applications. **We Offer:** Gross monthly base salary of $12,000 Payment split between Santander card and voucher card ($1,241\.10 in vouchers). Bi-weekly payment (on the 15th and last day of each month). Monthly productivity bonus ranging from $4,000 to $12,000\. Statutory benefits. Uniforms and personal protective equipment. Assigned vehicle for operations (kept at home under responsibility agreement). Bi-weekly gasoline allowance of $1,200. Data-enabled SIM card. Excellent working environment. **Working Hours:** Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekly days off. Shift starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends upon completion of assigned orders.
