Specialized handling of IMMEX and PROSEC programs We are seeking a bilingual professional with extensive experience in strategic procurement management within the industrial sector. * **Academic Qualifications:** Completed bachelor’s degree or university degree in International Business, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum verifiable experience in procurement leadership roles (reference range: 15\-17 years of professional experience or senior-level expertise). * **Languages:** Advanced proficiency in English. * Specialized handling of foreign trade promotion programs such as **IMMEX** and **PROSEC**. * Management of domestic and international suppliers. * Solid knowledge of customs regulations and logistics.
