Logistics support for special import projects **Position Objective** Provide comprehensive administrative and operational control support to management, manage relationships with national and international suppliers, and support logistical tracking of special import projects to ensure operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities** **Administrative Management (50%):** * Calendar management, client and supplier communication, and file organization. * Invoicing, payment tracking, and office expense management. * Preparation of operational reports in Excel and executive presentations. **Procurement and Logistics (50%):** * **National Suppliers:** Purchase order management, quotation comparison, and delivery timeline negotiation with existing suppliers. * **Import Support:** Shipment status tracking and bilingual communication with Asian suppliers regarding production updates. * **Inventory Control:** Stock monitoring to ensure availability of the company’s key supplies. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or related field. **Experience:** 1–2 years in bilingual administrative roles. **English:** Fluent (able to hold fluent conversations, draft emails, and understand manuals or shipment status updates). **Excel:** Intermediate (pivot tables and formulas). **Key Skills** • Multitasking and excellent organizational skills. • Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving ability. • Sense of urgency. **Employment Conditions** * **Salary:** $14,000 MXN Net Monthly. * **Statutory Benefits.** * **Location:** Tlalnepantla (On-site / Hybrid).
