We are hiring a **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. * Resident service orientation. * Prior experience in WARRANTY SUPPORT (condominiums) preferred. * Personal vehicle required. * Position located in the ***CIUDAD MARQUÉS*** area. * Must reside in Querétaro. **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify client needs to provide appropriate solutions. * Follow up on resident and/or developer requests. * Coordinate and supervise vendor performance. * Supervise services provided within condominiums. * Knowledge of the Urban Code of the State of Querétaro. * Support the collections department. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Innovation * Leadership * Results-oriented **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** * Starting salary: $12,000\.00 * Work tools: Laptop, mobile phone * Ongoing training * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
