Opportunity for growth within the agency Job Description: **Arkamia**, an agency with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and innovation through design, consulting, and digital transformation, is looking for: ***:::::::::: Project Coordinator ::::::::::*** At **Arkamia**, we seek a highly organized **Project Coordinator** to coordinate and track requests from our accounts (hotels, restaurants, and consumer brands). This role is critical to maintaining order, clarity, and on-time delivery compliance within the agency. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Receive, organize, and track daily client requests (posts, stories, revisions, assets, etc.) * Log tasks and keep workboards updated (Notion, Asana, or similar tools) * Assign tasks to internal teams (design, content, production) * Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to specification * Provide continuous visibility into project status * Maintain operational communication with clients: Hotel managers, restaurant teams, sales teams, and banquet departments * Track organic social media posts * Verify correct content publication (dates, assets, copy) * Coordinate deliverables required for paid campaigns (without executing them) ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * 3 years of experience in agencies, marketing, or project coordination * Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar * Basic knowledge of social media (posts, stories, reels) * General understanding of digital content and publishing timelines * Experience working with cross-functional teams **Employment Terms and Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility for one remote workday per week.
