Manage resources to maintain equipment under normal operating conditions according to applicable quality, manufacturing, productivity, and safety standards. Manage initiatives to achieve operational excellence by improving resource utilization, customer service, process reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance within a work environment aligned with company values. **1\.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for conducting periodic inspections to verify that: * All maintenance activities prevent physical, chemical, or microbiological contamination in areas, equipment, and products. * All operations are performed based on authorized instructions and procedures. * Data integrity is maintained in maintenance logs and records. * Facilities comply with corporate and local Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety requirements. * All areas remain clean, orderly, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices. * Service providers operate in alignment with Corporate Policies and Directives, * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Safety and Hygiene requirements. * Defined performance metrics are reported at the established frequency, providing timely feedback to personnel under supervision to identify root causes and implement containment, corrective, and preventive actions. * Manage assigned resources to fulfill maintenance plans and ensure operational reliability, considering: * Improved resource utilization, customer service, process reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance in * a work environment aligned with company values. 2\. **Education Level:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3\. **Experience:** * Solid experience in **internal and external maintenance management**, ensuring operational continuity of facilities and equipment. * Experience in **planning and managing material and human resources**, with focus on preventive and corrective maintenance. * Management and coordination of **OEM service providers**, including technical follow-up and negotiation capabilities. * Implementation of **strategies for efficient management of equipment and facilities**. * Experience in the **pharmaceutical industry**, complying with regulatory requirements. * Knowledge of **plastic transformation processes** (desirable). * Proficiency in **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** (mandatory). * Experience in **budget administration**, cost control, and financial indicators (KPIs). * Implementation of **continuous improvement tools**, such as Six Sigma (Black Belt certification desirable). 5\. **Certifications:** * Green or Black Belt (desirable). 6\. **Language:** * Advanced English.
