Develop content aligned with the company's ecological identity **Job Objective** Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that position the company as a leader in sustainable solutions, increasing customer acquisition, strengthening the brand, and promoting our arboriculture, organic waste management, and composting services. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement the marketing strategy plan (digital and traditional). * Manage brand presence across social media, the company website, and advertising campaigns. * Develop lead generation and customer conversion strategies. * Coordinate campaigns focused on sustainability and environmental awareness. * Analyze campaign metrics, ROI, and performance. * Coordinate events, activations, and commercial partnerships. * Develop content aligned with the company's ecological identity. * Support the sales team with sales strategies. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). * Experience in environmental, agricultural, or sustainability-focused companies is preferred. * Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc. * Leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation. * High creativity and sensitivity toward ecological issues. **Key Skills** * Strategic planning * Effective communication * Innovation * Data analysis * Teamwork * Results orientation **We Offer** * Gross salary of MXN 18,000–22,000 per month * Statutory benefits * Excellent work environment * Participation in projects with positive environmental impact Interested candidates should submit their CV through this channel Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
