Responsibilities * Follow up on leads generated from campaigns, events, and digital channels. * Conduct outreach calls for contact validation and prospect profiling. * Qualify leads according to criteria defined by Business Units. * Support prospecting activities and generation of new commercial opportunities. * Administer telephone and digital surveys (e.g., NPS, event satisfaction). * Make confirmation calls for event attendance. * Maintain up-to-date prospect and customer information in the CRM. * Support scheduling and follow-up of email marketing campaigns. * Manage and track promotional material inventory. Requirements Education: * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration, Advertising, or related field. Experience: * 1–2 years in similar roles or in administrative or commercial support functions. * Experience in marketing, telemarketing, call centers, customer service, or sales is desirable. Technical Knowledge and Skills * Proficiency in CRM systems and/or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). * Basic/intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables, database segmentation). * Experience in prospect/customer follow-up and administering satisfaction surveys. * Familiarity with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
