Position Summary: CORTINAS TECNOLINE is seeking a professional to develop and manage sales projects in the technical curtains sector, including site visits and serving high-level clients. Requirements * Education: **Technical degree or bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)**. * Experience in sectors such as: Construction, Real Estate, and/or marketing of construction-related products. * Desired knowledge in **curtains, blinds, home automation, or construction-related products**. * Experience in: Prospecting new clients and projects; field and telephone client service; project follow-up at construction sites. * Proficiency with **basic tools** (e.g., drill, screwdriver, tape measure, etc.). * **Willingness to travel.** * **Valid driver's license.** Main Responsibilities * Prospecting **local and out-of-town projects** to position the brand’s products. * Identifying and developing **new clients and business opportunities**. * Building relationships and providing service to **high-level clients**. * **Visiting construction sites and projects** to supervise installations. * Providing **in-person and telephone client service**. * Negotiating product specifications for **projects under construction or in planning**. * Preparing and tracking **quotations**.
