If you seek to join a company in constant evolution, we’re waiting for you! **Mission** Provide corrective and preventive maintenance for Vending machines installed in the market to ensure their proper operation. **Responsibilities** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and prepare written service reports for each intervention. Use tools appropriately and maintain them properly. Respond promptly and effectively to service requests received by the Customer Service Center. Conduct functional tests on installed equipment to verify proper operation for optimal service delivery. Program installed machines and calibrate coin mechanisms. Program machines according to the planogram specified for each point of sale. Conduct preliminary electrical installation diagnostics with each client prior to installation. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to assigned tasks, as provided by the Company. Project a positive image of both the Company and its brands. Attend training courses developed specifically for your position. Maintain confidentiality of information and comply with internal policies and regulations. Follow guidelines outlined in the Document Management and Control process. Collaborate in preserving and improving the ecological and environmental conditions within the scope of your activities. Understand and meet performance and productivity indicators. Maintain machinery and assigned work areas in optimal cleanliness and presentation condition. Classify generated waste according to the bottler’s waste classification procedures. **Education** Refrigeration Technician, Industrial Technician, Electrical Technician, or related field. **Experience** Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment, electrical circuits, and electricity handling.
