Job description and activity details * Focused on executing works such as, for example: expansions, decorative flooring, façade remodeling, commercial premises, and house construction, to name a few; supervise and verify construction processes. * Manage contractors; generate and reconcile piecework payments with contractors; plan, reconcile, and lead the execution of required activities. * Prepare progress-based cost estimates. * Coordinate material supply. Experience and requirements * Civil engineering or architecture degree. * Knowledge of construction processes. * Experience in a similar position. * Teamwork skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Neodata, Opus, AutoCAD. * Analytical ability. * Proactive attitude. * Effective communication. * Organized. * Strong work ethic and excellent attitude.
