Position objective: Oversee the comprehensive commercial operations of Grupo Modelo’s network of 18 MODELORAMAS in Tacámbaro (located in Tacámbaro, Huacana, and the southern\-eastern region). Ensure disciplined achievement of sales targets, inventory control, visual standards, and premium customer experience, while also leading the team of Store Managers at each point of sale. PROFILE: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Business, or related field. * Experience in multi\-site supervision (points of sale), inventory control, and commercial KPIs. * 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (supervising stores, branches, or points of sale). * Age between 28 and 50 years. * Gender: unrestricted. * Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate\-advanced Excel), point\-of\-sale systems, BEES App, Google Maps / GPS for route optimization, interpretation of commercial KPIs, visual merchandising techniques, consumer analysis (user persona, segmentation), commercial viability assessment, and talent management tools.
