Promote continuous improvement in production processes A leading company in lightweight construction solutions is seeking: **Production Supervisor:** Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and supervise production operations, ensuring adherence to established schedules, quality standards, safety protocols, and efficiency. ***Responsibilities*** * Management and supervision of operational staff * Updating QMS documentation * Addressing audits and findings from Safe Hour * Addressing audits and findings from Gemba Walk (5S) * Addressing audits and findings from APP * Reviewing production reports and identifying anomalies or deviations * Training unionized personnel * Ensuring proper completion of hourly whiteboard charts * Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of production schedules * Monitoring productivity, efficiency, and quality indicators * Verifying compliance with workplace safety and housekeeping standards * Reporting incidents, progress, and results to Production Management * Promoting continuous improvement in production processes ***Requirements*** * Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or related field (preferred) * Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in production processes (preferably in the metal-mechanical industry) * Leadership, effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Excel * Proficiency in SAP * Knowledge of inventory management ***We Offer*** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Savings box * Job stability and professional development opportunities * Excellent working environment Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM\- 7:00 PM If you are interested, apply through this channel!
