Job Summary: Supervises hotel night operations, ensuring security, order, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure hotel security and order during the night shift. 2. Supervise event operations and VIP guest service. 3. Ensure proper functioning of systems and report preparation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Take over from the evening shift, follow up on pending items, and review occupancy status. · Conduct a full walkthrough of the hotel to identify any anomalies. * Maintain direct communication with the security department, ensuring hotel security at all times. * Follow up on pending tasks assigned to the on-duty security team. * Verify that all areas are adequately staffed. * Verify that events currently taking place are executed as scheduled, on time and as agreed. * Inspect floors and ensure lights are on only in occupied areas. * Supervise guest arrivals and departures. * Personally attend to VIP arrivals during the shift, if necessary. * Prepare the Night Management Log. * Supervise cleanliness and order in public hotel areas, as well as preventive maintenance programs during the shift. * Verify that Room Service collects, processes, and delivers services during the shift. * After completing the night audit, verify that all point-of-sale and administrative equipment is functioning properly. * Issue nightly reports for review and backup. * Verify revenue entries from consumption centers into the designated system.
