If you are a proactive leader, results-oriented, and experienced in industrial environments, this opportunity is for you! **Position Objective** Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of our production lines and general services by leading the technical team under a **preventive and predictive maintenance** approach, resource optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Execution:** Design, implement, and supervise the Annual Maintenance Plan (Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive) for industrial machinery and facilities. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate, train, and motivate the technical staff under your supervision, ensuring proper task assignment and development of their competencies. * **KPI Management:** Monitor and report key departmental metrics (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance plan compliance, and budget control). * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in eliminating chronic failures and optimizing processes using Lean Manufacturing tools such as root cause analysis (Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.). * **Supplier and Inventory Management:** Control stock of critical spare parts and coordinate specialized services with external suppliers, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Ensure all maintenance activities strictly comply with industrial safety standards and food safety regulations. **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance supervision or coordination roles, preferably in the **food and beverage industry** or high-turnover manufacturing. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs). * Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS / ERP). * **Methodologies:** Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and execution control boards. * **Soft Skills:** Effective leadership, strong problem-solving ability, assertive communication, organizational skills, and focus on productivity improvement. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits from day one. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * An excellent work environment based on respect, collaboration, and excellence. * Job stability at a company with 40 years of market presence. **Are you interested in the challenge?** Apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV.
