Your Main Challenge: Create high-impact visual solutions and innovative graphic materials aligned with our brands’ identities, delivering proposals that generate commercial and communicative value. What Will You Do With Us? * **Multi-Channel Design:** Create and adapt engaging materials for social media, websites, and print media. * **Point of Sale:** Develop concepts and original artwork for POP materials and commercial displays. * **Brand Identity:** Conceptualize catalogs, flyers, packaging, and advertising resources while preserving corporate essence. * **Innovation:** Optimize your creative and production processes by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Who Are We Looking For? * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in graphic design applied to commercial or advertising environments. * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). * Prepress (CMYK, print output) and digital optimization (RGB, web). What You Should Know: * **Reporting:** Directly to the Agency Director / Owner. DOCX\+ 1 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturdays, 9:00–16:00 hrs., with a 1-hour lunch break. Compensation Package: * Starting monthly salary of $10,800 MXN (short-term performance-based increase). * Social security. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Paid vacation days. * Overtime pay. * Growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
