Targeted at graduates in Psychology, Personnel Administration, or related fields This is an opportunity to join us as a Human Resources Apprentice through the "Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro" (Youth Building the Future) program, which has specific and mandatory requirements that the apprentice must meet: * Be between 18 and 29 years old * Not currently enrolled in studies nor employed * Not hold active voluntary health insurance * Be registered on the JCEF platform The assigned activities focus on administrative support in human resources management: recruitment, selection, training, internal communications, among others. Therefore, this opportunity is intended for graduates of Bachelor’s degrees or Technical programs related to Psychology, Personnel Administration, Human Resources, or similar disciplines.
