We are looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team. The person will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, managing table flow, and supporting the restaurant's service experience, ensuring courteous, organized, and professional service from the moment the customer arrives. Responsibilities: * Greeting and welcoming customers. * Assigning and managing tables. * Handling waitlists and reservations. * Maintaining constant communication with floor staff and service teams. * Assisting in organizing operational workflow. * Providing courteous service and following up with customers. * Keeping the reception area clean and tidy. * Providing operational support during restaurant operations. * Adhering to service and presentation standards.
