We are currently seeking high-potential talent with energy capable of strengthening and generating the positive work environment we proudly uphold. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline. Desirable additional training in advanced manufacturing, industrial automation, production systems, or process engineering. **Knowledge:** 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive or electrical harness industry. Proven experience in installation, startup (start\-up), transfer, and industrialization of production lines. Participation in new product introduction (NPI / APQP) projects and production ramp\-up. Experience in integration, validation, and optimization of equipment, workstations, and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with electrical harness manufacturing equipment. Advanced proficiency in NYS. Training in Jishuken methodologies. Training in Karakuri systems (low-cost automation). **Experience:** Solid understanding of automotive electrical harness manufacturing processes (cutting, crimping, assembly, testing, etc.). Experience in integration, adjustment, validation, and release of industrial production equipment. **Travel Availability:** Domestic / International. Must be willing to travel within Mexico and Central America (up to 80% of the time). **Languages:** Spanish: 100% required (fluent oral and written).
