




Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of construction or maintenance projects, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and effective customer communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive coordination of construction and maintenance projects. 2. Quality supervision of activities, materials, and tools. 3. Customer communication management and reporting. Review of drawings and specifications, ensuring timely and proper delivery. Maintain the construction logbook. Coordination of workers and subcontractors, as well as construction or maintenance activities—from initial planning through final delivery. This includes scheduling tasks with the crew, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress. Supervise that all activities comply with established quality standards, and inspect the quality of materials and tools used. Timely, high-quality, and proper execution. Maintain good communication with the client, submit reports, and deliver completed requested work.
