Locations: Monterrey, NL; Hermosillo, Son. ***Job Mission*** Produce high-impact audiovisual content that communicates the institute’s experience, builds trust (social proof), and fuels advertising campaigns with creative assets that convert prospects into students. This role serves as the brand’s daily visual and narrative face. Professional Profile ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Design, Advertising, or related field. ● Experience: 1–2 years creating content for brands, with a strong portfolio of short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Facebook). ● Salary: $12,000–$15,000 + productivity bonuses. ***Technical Competencies and Skills*** * Agile Mobile Editing: Expert-level proficiency in CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush for vertical formats. * UGC Production: Social Narrative Design and Social Management; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Ability to produce User-Generated Content (UGC) that feels organic yet drives sales. * Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Express and ability to draft quick scripts. * Use of Business Suite, Metricool, or similar scheduling tools. ***Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*** 1. Engagement Rate (actual interactions/comments). 2. Organic reach and views of content. 3. Click-Through Rate (CTR) performance of creative assets used in ads.
