Position Summary: Transportes MexAmerik is seeking a Corporate Communications Assistant to create, disseminate, and monitor internal and external communication content, fostering employee engagement and sense of belonging. Join us as a **Corporate Communications Assistant** and become part of the MexAmerik Experience. **Location:** Teoloyucan **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience. * Knowledge of internal and external communication activities, including content creation and dissemination, publication monitoring, and message distribution to foster engagement and sense of belonging. **Schedule:** Mixed shift from Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs, and Saturday shift of 5 hours. **Responsibilities:** Draft clear and direct messages based on information provided by various departments. Monitor and update internal and external publication calendars/schedules. Ensure timely dissemination of relevant information via email and other communication platforms. Review and validate information prior to publication. Disseminate organizational culture content, such as anniversaries, recognitions, and internal events. Publish and update content on internal media. Manage use of digital tools and platforms to fulfill assigned tasks. Collaborate with different departments to ensure required information for publications is complete and timely. Request and follow up on requisitions for materials related to corporate image.
